This guy is a home wrecker, but not in the building sense. He has a large contract with Elizabeth Finn care homes as a maintenance man. It turns out he pays more attention to the staff than the maintenance work. He's personally wrecked my family. Let's not give him the chance to wreck yours. Stay clear of Charlie Flexen at all costs.
